Snappi provides an online platform that offers access to photos and videos for commercial and non-commercial use. The content available on Snappi is either created by our team or contributed by third-party creators ("Contributors"). You may use our Services subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not sell, lease, or sublicense the content to any third party.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly within the MENA region.

4. Account Registration

As a Contributor or user, you may upload or submit content to Snappi. You retain ownership of your content but agree that Snappi may use it to provide and promote the Services.

10. Termination

Snappi may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful or disruptive. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Snappi provides the Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the content or the Services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
